Returns & Exchanges

 
We happily offer an exchange or store credit when all of the following conditions are met:
  • Item was purchased within the past 30 days
  • Item is unused, unopened, and unworn
  • Item has original tags attached
  • Item was not seasonal, on sale, or personalized
 
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on the following:
  • Discounted or sale items
  • Holiday/seasonal items
  • Personalized or custom items
 
All final sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable, no exceptions.
 
 
 

Shipping

 
Orders are shipped via USPS with tracking provided by email upon shipment. We ship within the United States only.
 
Once an order has shipped, all delivery issues, claims, and disputes must be handled directly between the buyer and USPS. Styled Jupiter is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed off to USPS.
 
Returns for eligible shipped orders must be initiated within 14 days of delivery by emailing us at  [email protected] .
